Condolence

If i had .... if i know i should have ......
familiar words coming out from one's mouth? happened to me many many times ....

i was supposed to call my good friend, Ah Liang, ask him bout his dad's health condition. but i was so busy with work(govt. officers came to spot check....whole office havoc) till i totally forgot to do so. i was scolded my mom because of this.
so, this morning i finally sent a sms to him but his reply shocked me. his dad has already passed away yesterday. got scolding from my mom again when i convey the news to her. Ah Liang is her god-son.
i felt sorry for being late. he is my good friend & yet i did this to him.
anyway he's ok now, he's very strong (spirit) of years that i've known him.

once again, please accept my condolence. be strong my friend.

so guys, do not wait if you want to do something. i always tell people this but it happened to myself. haizz..... now i really felt the meaning of it.

Penang World Music Festival 2008

finally i get 2 attend d fest (thx to JL for d ticket). last year bcoz of heavy rain, i wasted my ticket. it was not as good as i expected. each band performed too many pieces, boring. i still prefer jazz festival. anyway i did enjoy d music .... get to hear genres of music that we seldom do, really world music. didn't take much picture, enjoyed the music most of the time.

5.3 performance

last night was our Youth Band annual performance for 5.3 Day. it was not the best but i can see d effort that we've put in. played 2 pieces: Kurenai no Uta & The Sound of Music. finally 'siu la pa' made it on the last few bars which is extremely high in pitch!
congratulations to all YB members again!
sob ... sob .... my last performance with YB for 2008. heading for another challenging path. hope YB will do well 2 achieve our 2010 target.
