E.U. 学警狙击

Recently finished a 30 ep. TVB drama E.U. (Emergency Unit). It’s starred by Ron Ng, Sammul Chan, Michael Tse & my idol Michael Miu Kiu-Wai. I have watched all the 3 sequels of this police story. For this episode, it talks about the E.U. team & gangster triad.
Although I favour Michael Miu(gangster tai gor), this round, I fell in love with the undercover character, Laughing gor (Michael Tse). His identity was only revealed in the last portion of the drama. After I view through his profile only I come to know that he’s a TVB contract dancer & singer before signing as an actor. No wonder he sang & danced well in the drama. He suddenly became very popular because of this character. He has got support from netizens when his character died. Some crazy fans even set up a facebook account for Laughing gor, some mourned for his death. Many have requested to make the character alive back. Let’s just wait for the next episode.When watching a movie, I always like to guess what would happen next. 80% was always right. You may ask my sisters. For this drama, it’s very interesting because there is always a turning point of the next scene. There’s a lot of surprises that you do not expect. Well done! Can’t wait to watch the 4th episode.

Day 33 - 39

i finally finished my assignment. yahhhooo ........
guess where did i focus? why my lecturer was not backlighted although im shooting facing the sun?
i finally cleaned my entire room with 'FLEA BOMB'! yahhhooo .........
changed to my own bedsheet that mom packed for me. my room looks cheerful with that design.thx mom.
cleaned the kitchen with Emily
i finally had peace sleeping at night! yahhhooo ..........
had to write this notice so that i can have a good sleep all night long.

Day 30-32

sorry guys. i haven't been blogging for days.
1) got assignment to do
2) the super fast speed of internet is killing my token. i've got only 2Gb to use per week

The story of Uncle Nigel & Auntie Angie. this happened while doing my assignment on the street. i had to employ a bodyguard as im scared to move around at night with my baby Nikon.
N: had ur dinner?
A: errr .. yeah ... i did.
N: wat did u had?
A: eerr ... milk & some chocolate biscuits.
N: thats NOT dinner. u liar!
A: but im full with that. what did u have?
N: porridge!
A: cool ....!
N: ok! we're gonna buy u a dinner NOW!

so, we ended up with this.after eating, i continued with my assignment in my room. we need a dark room for the 'painting with lights' technique as i mentioned before. i asked for my flat mate's help as well. thank you so much guys! it was lotsa fun huh?!

Day 29

today learned a technique called 'Painting with Light'. basically the setting is f16, ISO100,2" shutter speed. then go 2 a dark room, ask someone to use a torch & start painting the air. the result is so cool!

then, we started to experiment some alphabet. u have to write terbalik ... u noe wat i mean?who can guess what chinese character is this? oopss ... my classmate kacau with the red torch.we tried on painting a subject. so cool huh! all the above photos are not photoshoped, to let you guys see the actual effect. and its all hand held!no tripod! luckilly i don't eat 'keh kah' (chicken leg).

Day 28

Mr Mark taught us some techniques required for the new assignment. we learned panning & zooming in long exposure. tomorrow we are going to the studio & learn about painting with lights.

had my lunch at Nigel's house. 'sorry, no pix allowed' says chef Nigel. but to satisfy my readers, here's a portion of the dish. sorry chef, i broke my promise! :P anyway, thanx so much for the lunch ... very kind of you to prepare the dish :) next time its my turn to prepare dinner!

in the evening, i attended the SGINZ. its pretty short:20 min chanting, 40 min discussion on 3.16Day & 1 hour of party. its the 1st i have alchohol drink(orange juice+sparkling champagne+white wine) & weird yummy snacks in a SGI meeting. cool!

Day 24 & 25

spent my whole 'day 24' in my room. BORING! signed a new contract on my new room rate $175/week. :) save again :)

today went to band practice again. listened to the music source ... walau eh ... d actual tempo of the song is so fast.can't catch up. gosh .... have to practice harder!

then, went dinner with Nigel at a Malaysian restaurant called 'Angie's Kitchen'. no joke.

haven't had this much of rice for a meal for 2 weeks :) satisfying ...

Day 23

Mr Ryan taught us Adobe In Design. it was interesting. i handed in my assignment for aperture & shutter speed.

in d evening, i attended chanting meet at Auckland Uni. after chanting, we had a short talk & encouragement session. then, i went with Nigel, Naomi & Angeline to FoodTown to shop. ggeee....i bought some cheese, ham, biscuit & banana. cost me not more than $9.

Day 22

im sick! i was having fever during the class. my whole body was shivering & aching. i couldn't walk home coz its too cold 4 me. it just freezes u when the wind blows.
maybe its because of :
~ sleepless nights (family problem) mom calls me at midnite ask me to tell dad this & that .... dad calls me after that ask me to not listen to mom this & that ...... great! i've become once again a center victim of your game. i understand both of ur situation but i couldn't tell both of you the situation of each other. stop guessing & assume one's feeling & condition. it just won't get anywhere. wake up guys! im so tired of handling both of you ..... it has been ages & yet its still not settled. please chant more & get wisdom & make correct actions!
~ hunger ... i only have 2 meals per day. that would be my brunch & dinner. thats why i sleep early here. its cold & it makes you hungry. no nasi kandar or hokkien mee for supper!not that i don't have enough money, i just wana save $ for emergency use. gee .... im getting skinnier, my watch is getting loose again. i promise i will eat more when i have a PT job.
~ the weather ... nothing to say, just have to bare with it.

got home, had sandwich and 2 panadols & slept till 6.30pm. now im feeling much better.

i must not loose. have to be strong. i can go through this! through faith!i have gohonzon!i have Sensei!i have family & friends support.

Day 21

here's my cute little nephew. his name is Adam. im upgraded! hahaha ...... to auntie. today went to SGI-NZ Young Women Division meet. it was very relax & casual. we talked about kayo group, someone shared her experience, chit chat etc. it was cool to chant with other ethnics. all these while just chanted with chinese & indians but here get chant wit people from NZ, Taiwan, South Africa, Japan, India, Vietnam etc. awesome feeling. this is real world kosen rufu.

oh ya .... i joined the brass band here. we've got members frm japan(60%), korea, india,m'sia, NZ ... mostly high school & college students.

the weather is geting colder now.autumn is coming .... :)

Day 16 & 17

yesterday, Mr Ryan showed how does aperture & shutter speed works. Today, me & Nigel went to Auckland Festival 09(film, dance & music fest) which was held very near to our house. but something bad happened before the show. it was scary ....

we were having dinner at Wendy's Burger at 2nd floor. i went down to take some chilly & tomato sauce. when i came up, i saw 2 Maori guys aprroached Nigel. i smell something fishy. when they saw me they just act like nothing happened & walk away quickly. i was aiming at this guy's jacket & see whether he took any belonging or not. so i quickly check my camera bag on the floor, it was opened! damn these bad guys were trying to steel stuff. Nigel tried to chase them but luckily they didn't take anything coz my purse was with me so coincidently(i put my purse inside the bag before paying). Nigel was so scared, me too. It was a scary experience for both of us. it happened so fast. 1st month here ... this thing happened on us di. haizzzz .....

Day 15

its very winddy today. so so so strong & cold! if De Min or Kevin is here, sure kena blow away. so i took a bus home instead of walking.dad called & we talked for few minutes exchanging weather & life in NZ & UK. its snowing there.

scienties' suit when working near a volcanothis is not a ordinary house.its a volcano stimulator(dono wat its called actually). u go in and sit at the sofa.

the TV will show u news on a posibility of a volcano explotion evacuation. its like real news at current time. then in front of u will b a big screen(imagine that's ur balcony) where the underwater volcano will apear nearer & nearer & nearer to u. oh no! here it comes. suddenly black out! the house will shake for a while. then it shows the view of the destroyed town. the end! nice experience!

they found this rock near the volcano site. its a magical music rock. hammer it & u will hear beautiful 'gong' sound. amazing discovery. there's two rocks ..... ding ....dong.....
