25.8.08 performance

it was suppose to be a 2.9 performance but suddenly receive a request to perform on 25.8 for an impromtu meeting.after having a quick decision making mtg with all SC, we decided to take it. headaches came on sat morning where SC has to decide whether to take the risk to play 2 songs or change 1 gakkai song or just 1 song??? at last we decided to remain 2 songs (And The Fire Raged & 1st Suite in Eb) but after the Sat evening extra practice, ah pa found out that we are not ready to perform 2 songs. so made the decision to stick to 'And The Fire Raged' only as juniors will be joining us.
Sunday morning we had a thorough training to polish our song for the last time.
