Day 131-133

Day 133: after work, went midnight shopping with boss & wife. went and buy milk & bread for breakfast.

Day 132: tomorrow boss's sis-in-law & son will go back to KL. so, we closed the shop early & we had a feast of roti canai, 2 giant crayfish/lobster, 3 bottles of 1996 wine & dark chocolate ice cream! the lobster is so so so tasty. i just drank 1 glass as i don't fancy wine that much but it tasted good thought. the ice cream was awesome!

Day 131: its winter break! i have 2 weeks holiday!yahoooo ......

Day 124-130

Day 130 - work up 4.30pm. can't believed i slept the whole day. i just couldn't wake up. then went dinner with Nigel. headed to The Borders to read some books before watching Transformers 2. its so awesome! more robots & actions from the 1st episode. well ..... happy birthday Nigel. hope u had a wonderful early celebration. too bad that u have 2 celebrate ur real birthday at other place. wish u all the best in ur tennis competition!

Day 129 - study ... work ... sleep. there will be a fashion show at Albany this August. they needed about 5 student photographers to cover the event. yahoo ... i wrote my name!!! of course i can't miss this opportunity.

Day 123: today is Saturday so no need to work! went out with boss since morning. her sis in law came for holiday so she brought us go jalan jalan & makan makan. finally i saw cows & sheeps. lol.

i always thought that I wouldn't have the budget/chance to travel around but many thanx to my boss that I get to travel for free.

Day 112 - 117

Day 117: woke up at 12pm. went to foodtown to get honey & lemon. came back and had bread for lunch, sleep for awhile & went to work from 5pm - 11pm.

Day 116: got sorethroat since yesterday. slept from 12am to 2pm. wake up, had light lunch & drank flu drink & sleep again till 8pm. most satisfying rest day.

Day 111: its mom's birthday. Happy Birthday :)

Day 110: attended World Peace Chanting in the morning. worked in the evening. Day 109: its 24 hours photography competition. June & July is Auckland's Photography Festval month. i shot some crowds waiting to watch 'The Cats' musical. had the urge to watch it too after looking at the big crowd. the previous play was 'Mama Mia'. in the afternoon, went Newmarket to get my 'yum char' salary and walked around window shopping. went home & slept for awhile. had the opportunity to attend the Salvation Army & NZ Air Force band joint concert. actually i bumped into them in the morning while they were doing rehearsal@promotion at town & i was informed about the concert. they were superb. average band members were 20-30 players but they sounded great! Day 105 - study ... work ... sleep. its 3 degree today.

Day 104 - its Queen's birthday, so its public holiday. slept from last night 8.30pm till 11.30am. i never had that long and soundful sleep for long long time. i think im too tired. work from 2pm - 11pm.

Day 103 - its 31st May 09! its Victorious March Band & Manukau City Band joint concert. it was fullhouse!i felt touched with the smoothness & the outcome of the concert. everyone played so well, better than the usual practice and strong applaused from audiences. one of the flutist broke her flute after 2nd song but she still hold up her flute till the end of our pieces. poor girl, she really put lots of effort in playing.

had Korean dinner with Nigel. the weather was so cold that both of us were shivering while walking back to our apartments. it was 4 degree after checking the internet.

trumpet 1s from Manukau band. i looked really small rite?!Stuart the saxophonist .... Korean member ... he is so cute ... with Katherine, Manukau band conductor. she is so awesome. during rehersal, she can straight away pin point at the person who played a wrong note. [You .... you played the wrong note at bar 101 ... bla bla bla].

Day 102 - i forgot whether the practice is 10am or 1pm. i woke up too of course. when i confirmed it was 1pm, i went to Angie's Kitchen to work about 2 hours before going for practice. had ramen with Seiko san. went to buy some stuff at foodtown before going home. then, i realised i forgot to but the black file for performance tomorrrow. i braved the cold to walk again to town to get the files while waiting for my laundry to get dry.
